Maxim Behar is a globally renowned Public Relations expert, Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of M3 Communications Group, Inc. – a leading company in the field of Public Relations and Social Media in Bulgaria. Maxim is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Program in Leadership Decision Making.
