Sarah has over 20 years’ corporate, consumer and business-to-business communications experience spanning the FMCG, retail, technology and healthcare sectors. She has worked both in-house and for several multi-national PR agencies including Hill + Knowlton and Weber Shandwick before setting up Brands2Life in 2000 with Giles Fraser.
As Co-Founder of Brands2Life, Sarah is involved in both agency management and client work. Sarah focuses on strategy development, positioning and messaging for clients, as well as CEO counseling and training. Sarah also manages logistical aspects of accounts from capacity planning to campaign implementation and results.
Sarah’s expertise combines reputation protection, issues management and brand-building for global blue-chips. Stand-out projects include advising on the media management of one of the UK’s largest mergers, setting up the EMEA communication structure for one of the US’ biggest brands, and crisis-managing the issues emanating from London’s busiest hospital.
Her specialism is the re-engineering and re-alignment of national and international communications functions in light of major business change, particularly the creation of multi-discipline integrated functions and the evolution of communications functions to embrace digital and social media. Currently, clients include John Lewis, Canary Wharf, Ascot Racecourse, Virgin Media, Appletiser and Capri Sun.
