Grace is a PR Week 30 under 30 herself (2022), and a marketing and culture specialist who has worked within the creative space for 6+ years. She's managed innovative culture-led campaigns for iconic global brands on both a global and local scale. Her client portfolio includes: Tinder, Absolut Vodka, Sports Direct, Instagram, Captain Morgan, Baileys, Under Armour, Guinness, Malibu, Relentless, Dr. Martens and more.  Outside of her 9-5, Grace has volunteered as the PR rep for the mental health charity Black Minds Matter, and has a passion for changing perceptions and creating connections. Taking a non-binary approach to campaigns with communities at the heart is something high on her agenda.

What tip would you give this years entrants?

"Be honest, be bold and be proud of your work!  It's about standing out, but that doesn't mean a long entry. Instead, be punchy and showcase what makes you different - from an output to how you like to work, or the changes you want to make within the industry."
