Nina Webb

Nina is Founder & CEO of Brazen. Having set up the agency aged 27, Nina has kept Brazen at the top of its game for 21 years, winning 200+ awards in the process, including Industry Leader of the Year, Best PR Agency Outside London 2022, Consumer PR Agency of the Year, Best Team Culture & Community, PR Stunt of the Year and many more. 

She guides the agency with a people-first approach; putting her 45-strong team's mental health and wellbeing at its heart. From giving the team monthly Wellbeing Time and an annual personal Wellbeing Budget, to 121 mentoring with the agency's in-house Talent & Life Coach, her strong, coaching-led leadership style and energy define Brazen's culture and community. 

Nina is also an Ambassador & Executive Director for Girls Out Loud, the non-profit organisation dedicated to raising the aspirations of teenage girls in the UK. Helping girls find their voices and hopefully inspiring some future female leaders.
